India has called up Bhuvneshwar Kumar to their team for the five-match T20I series against New Zealand that starts on October 24. The pacer’s most recent international game was a T20I in New Zealand in November 2022. It had been almost four years since his last international game. He was picked because he played well in the Indian Premier League. For Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he took 28 wickets as they successfully defended their title in IPL 2026.
